Ileana manages day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and month-end close for a portfolio of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing clients across the country. She is usually the first person a client talks to when a bank feed looks wrong, a technician's paycheck needs a correction, or last month's numbers do not add up.

Most of Ileana's clients run their field operations on ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, so a big part of her job is keeping those platforms synced cleanly with QuickBooks Online, categorizing job costs by crew and service line, and reconciling accounts every month rather than letting things pile up.

Ileana believes a contractor should never have to wonder whether last month's financials are trustworthy. That standard drives how she runs close for every client, delivering books that are ready to use for decisions the day they are finished.
