Morgan supports client accounting for High Velocity Accounting's home services clients, focusing on the transaction-level work that keeps a growing trades business's books accurate: coding invoices, tracking job costs, and making sure every deposit ties back to the right customer and job in ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro.

A large part of Morgan's role is data integrity between the field and the office. When a technician closes a job in ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, Morgan makes sure that revenue, materials, and labor cost flow through correctly to QuickBooks Online, so job-level profitability reporting can be trusted.

Morgan also handles payroll processing and sales tax filings for a number of multi-state trades clients, keeping deadlines and rate changes on track so owners can stay focused on running crews and closing jobs rather than chasing compliance paperwork.
